Please allow an extra 5-7 business days before items are shipped if paying with a personal check.
Most of the time we ship items within 48 hours. If an item is out of stock, it may take a week before shipment. You will be notified if any items need backordering. We use USPS Priority shipping. If you require overnight shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. International orders will require additional shipping fees that will not be calculated at check-out. In this case, actual shipping costs will be calculated at the time of shipment.
If merchandise is received damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 3 days for a return authorization number (RA#). You then have 10 days to return the damaged merchandise to us. The item will be exchanged for the same. If the item is no longer available, a store credit will be issued that can be used for future purchases. All other returns will also need a RA#. Refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any returns may be exchanged for store credit. Shipping charges will not be refunded. After 14 days all sales are final. To receive a RA#, please send us an email explaining the reason for return, along with your name, order number and date of order. Inform us if a refund (less 20% restocking), exchange (if damaged), or store credit is desired. Returns will not be accepted without a RA# written on the outside. We are not responsible for lost packages.
